Job Description

The Guest Service Agent provide the first impression for guests of our hotel.  In this position you must ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through providing excellence in customer service, personalizing the guest experience and demonstrating our core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship.


  • Emerit Front Desk Agent and/or Reservation Sales Agent Certification is an asset
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Moderate computer skills
